Out of touch

This summer has been way too busy. I need a summer to relax from my summer. & worst of all I didn't get to do anything that I really wanted - like sit around and do nothing, go to a couple of concerts, be a bum.
But to go to concerts one has to have cash, to drive to a concert one must have to endure the ass raping gasoline charges, and one must also not have a bizillion other things that seemingly need to be taken care of.
I often feel like I don't really get to see anyone - hon's always busy working, and now has started school, ern always works weird 3rd shift hours, and everyone else is far away and by the time I'd make it out to there I'd have to turn around and come back. And half the time I don't even have a car to use.
